Easter

 

Boy did we have a great Easter.  My sissy and I woke up and found a lot of nice surprises in our Easter baskets. There also were a few big bites out of the carrots that we left for the Easter Bunny.   We even looked for Easter eggs before church....that was fun!  After church we went to Mamaw's and Grandad's house for lunch and another Easter egg hunt!  We had an awesome day.

Coloring Easter Eggs!

This year Molly Claire and I got to help mommy dye some eggs.  I really enjoyed watching the eggs turn different colors.  I was especially excited to sit them out for the Easter Bunny to hide.  Molly Claire and I also put out some carrots for the bunny.  We thought that he might want a little snack before hopping along.

My new friend!

I am so excited that I now have a new friend.  Emma Marie was born on April 2 and my mommy showed me some pictures and she is really cute.  I am so glad that finally there is a little girl in our circle of friends....I can't wait to play girly stuff with Emma.

Hooray for Daddy!

On Saturday, we all went to Louisville to cheer for daddy!  Daddy ran in the Papa John's 10 miler.  We had to wake up really early, but it was really worth it.  Daddy runs fast so we didn't have to wait too long for him.  I talked to mommy while sissy slept.  I think that I might take up running when I get a little bigger!
